We want you to love your Rockyz docking station. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us at radustoleru67@gmail.com within that period stating that you wish to return your order.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
- Please contact us before sending anything back — we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items ship from our US warehouse, and returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or you provide proof of return shipment), we will refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases you won't need to ship the item back.
Legal guarantee
In addition to the above, EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: if a defect appears within two years of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund as provided by law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
