Refund policy

We want you to love your Ripple Ocean Lamp. Here's how returns and refunds work.

14-day returns You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at rockyzstore@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or not working If your lamp arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send it back.

Refunds Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
