This website is operated by Rockyz ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

Products & orders

  • All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible; minor variations in wood grain and color are natural characteristics of handcrafted hardwood items, not defects.
  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may change at any time; the price at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors) — if payment was taken, it will be fully refunded.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & consumer rights

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a two-year legal guarantee of conformity, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
