Shipping policy
All Rockyz docking stations are dispatched from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 8–15 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons (holidays) can add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate, replace, or refund.
Customs, duties & import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees charged by your country at delivery. These fees are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order changes & address errors
Need to change your address or cancel? Email radustoleru67@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can usually adjust an order before it ships, but not after. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
